For over ten years, yoga has been the one constant hobby that has followed and served me like nothing else. It has provided me with invaluable time for myself, allowing me to counterbalance the hectic pace of our modern world. In this accelerated environment, our minds often become overwhelmed, leading to a state of perpetual mental chatter known as the „monkey mind.“
Yoga has been my refuge, a place to gain clarity, creativity, and actively rest, which i would like provide also for others with my offers.
My Yin practice is deeply inspired by the principles of Chi and the understanding of how our bodies store experiences and emotions. Through various methods, I have learned to unlock and release these stored energies, promoting both physical and emotional well-being.
